Shrimp Yuzi Soup

1. Prepare ingredients: fresh shrimp, sweet peas, jade tofu

2. Put the yuzi tofu in a steamer and heat for five minutes

3. Take out the heated jade tofu and cut it from the dividing line (be careful not to burn it)

4. The jade tofu cut from the dividing line is squeezed out of the package, cut into thick slices, and placed on a plate

5. Pour a little oil into the wok, add sliced ginger and stir fry until fragrant

6. Pour the shrimp and sweet peas and stir fry

7. Add a little water and cook for a while, add salt and chicken essence to taste; pour in water starch, thicken the gorgon, and pour the gorgon juice on the cut jade tofu
