Shuang La Claypot Rice

A small piece of bacon and a slice of sausage.

Rinse the rice and soak in water for 20 minutes. Spread lard on the bottom of the casserole. Put in the soaked rice and bring to a boil.

When the water is slightly dry, add the Lap Mei and pour a little oil along the side of the boil, close the lid, and simmer for ten minutes.

Open the lid and beat an egg in the middle. Turn off the heat and cover the lid and simmer for ten minutes.
5.
Add the cooked vegetables in the soup and drizzle with the cooked sauce.
