Shuixin Xuanbing

The main material is white jelly.

Soak the right amount of cherry blossoms half an hour in advance.

Take a small pot, add jelly and water, mix well.

Bring to the stove and boil while stirring until it boils off the heat.

Prepare the molds for the Shui Xin Xuan Cake.

Pour the boiled jelly water into the mold.

Put in the soaked cherry blossoms.

Close the mold cover.

Use a funnel to fill the mold with jelly water.

Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for more than one hour until it is solidified and taken out. (Note: it is refrigerated, not frozen)

Finished product. Top it with your favorite red syrup, sweet-scented osmanthus, or honey.
