Take 5 or 6 cherry blossoms and rinse them in water three or four times to remove the salty taste, and then continue to soak in water

Just take this simplest white jelly (it can also be jelly powder)

Pour two small bowls of water into a large bowl and add the white jelly powder and stir until there are no lumps.

Add 4 small bowls of water to the pot and boil, add the jelly paste above and continue to boil, then take a small bowl of the paste out of the pot and add a spoonful of white sugar. The amount depends on your taste. Forgot to take this step~

Spread the inside of the mold evenly with white oil to facilitate the final demolding, pour the jelly paste in a small bowl and let cool

Shake it lightly, add the soaked cherry blossoms after solidification

Cover the other half of the mold, pour the jelly paste into the other semicircle through a small funnel, gently squeeze the hemisphere to remove air, and close the lid
