Prepare materials. Finely chop ginger and garlic. Cut green onions into small pieces. Cut the tofu into suitable size pieces.

Pour an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil into the pot, add ginger and minced garlic to fry until fragrant.

Add the bean paste and saute the pepper to fragrant.

Add a small amount of water to the starch to thicken and pour it into the pot.

When the water is boiled, add the tofu cubes and boil slowly.

Add a few drops of fresh dew sauce before boiling.
