First go to the supermarket to purchase the dishes, hot pot bottom materials and dipping sauces needed for cooking hot pot. The dishes are matched with meat and vegetables. You can freely choose according to your own preferences, such as potatoes, lotus root, celery, yam, cucumber, cabbage, hairy belly, fish balls, etc. The dipping ingredients need to be spicy millet, kohlrabi, green onion, garlic, ground peanuts, and old godmother. I forgot to buy coriander and replaced it with celery leaves. For the hot pot base, I chose the spicy space clear oil hot pot base and mushroom soup base.

Wash the dishes, cut them and put them on the plate, cut the dipping ingredients into the bottom, and boil water in the pot (if you have big bone soup or stock soup at home, it's better).

The amount of bottom material depends on the number of people. There are 8 people in our family, and 6 adults are compared. Like to eat spicy food, so this time we put two bags of clear oil base material, and two other children can't eat spicy food, so they cooked a bag of fungus soup base material. You can blanch the vegetables after the water is boiled.

Tips:
1. 1 bag of spicy space clear oil hot pot bottom material can satisfy 4 people. If you can eat spicy spicy, you can add more, and if you can’t eat it, put a little less.
2. When making the soup, beat the soup underneath with strength, and less oil on the top, otherwise it will be very numb.
