Sichuan Spicy Hot Pot

To prepare the ingredients, cut ginger, garlic, shallots, rapeseed oil (for frying) into thin slices, sliced pork loin (marinated with soy sauce and sweet potato starch), cut cod fish, wash and cut various vegetables,

Pour rapeseed oil into the pot and heat it up,

Tips:
