Sichuan Style Braised Chicken

I use the local chicken that I have fried in salt beforehand. You can blanch the chicken nuggets first when you cook it.

Tear one shiitake mushroom into four pieces and set aside

Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic, and cut the pepper into sections

Add oil to the pan, and saute the pepper and dried chilies first. (You can pick up the peppercorns, but keep them more fragrant)

A tablespoon of bean paste and green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for a nice flavor

Fry the chicken nuggets for two minutes

Add shiitake mushrooms, add braised soy sauce, stir fry evenly

Add water without chicken, cover the pot, simmer on medium-low heat

When the juice is almost dry, add the chili section, stir fry for a while, and finally add a little sugar to enhance the flavor, and it can be out of the pan
Tips:
1. Chicken I use chicken that I have fried at home. When you cook it, you can just blanch the chicken nuggets and start cooking.
2. For those with strong taste, add some pepper and chili appropriately.
