Taro chicken is a famous dish of the Han nationality in Sichuan. It is one of the home-cooked dishes of Sichuan cuisine. The main raw materials are chicken and chili. The taste is spicy and the craftsmanship is fried. The texture of the chicken is soft and smooth, spicy but not dry.

Sichuan Taro Chicken

1. Prepare ingredients, chicken, dried bamboo shoots, taro, roast chicken seasoning, Knorr soup

2. Prepare spices (fennel seeds, star anise, grass fruit, bay leaves, dried chili, peppercorns), wash and slice, and cut green onions into sections

3. Chicken nuggets in a pot under cold water, boil the bleeding water, peel the taro and cut into hob pieces, soak the dried bamboo shoots in hot water and cut into small pieces
