Silver Carp Stewed Tofu

Cut the silver carp into sections and slice the pork belly.

Prepare the green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, and chili.

Cut tofu into pieces.

Stir-fry pork belly out of oil.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, chili and stir fry until fragrant.

Stir fry with Sichuan spicy tempeh.
7.
Stir fry with a little sweet noodle sauce.

All seasonings are fried to give a fragrance.

Add water and salt.

After the water is hot, add fish, cover and stew.
11.
After 15 minutes, add blanched tofu.
12.
Flip the fish, add white pepper, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
