The fat-rich silver cod is marinated in sweet and soft Nishikyo miso. The deliciousness of the fish is condensed. Then it is baked in the oven and it is burnt. Don't forget to try it with a cup of warm pure rice wine~

1. Combine sake, mirin and sugar and boil

2. Stir in Xijing miso, turn off the heat, stir well to form miso sauce, let cool and set aside

3. Sprinkle a small amount of salt on the silver cod and marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour
