Silver Silk Golden Fried Shrimp

Prepare the ingredients.

To deal with the shrimp first, I usually unscrew the shrimp head directly and the shrimp thread comes out.

Peel off the shells of the shrimps and pick out the shrimp threads in the abdomen.

After washing the shrimp, add shredded ginger, salt, and pepper to marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat the oil pan, when the oil temperature is 70-80% hot, add the flour-coated shrimp, turn to medium-low heat, and fry until golden brown.

After frying the shrimp, put the dried vermicelli into the deep fry. The vermicelli quickly expands and it is fried. Place the vermicelli on the bottom of the plate and then put the fried shrimp on it. Dip some tomato sauce when you eat it.
Tips:
The fans will be fried very quickly, it doesn't take too long.
It tastes better when eaten hot.
