Simmered Cabbage

The raw materials are shown in the figure;

Shred the cabbage;

Boil in boiling water;
4.
Rinse with cold water;

Drain the water for later use;

Add sesame oil from the pot, add the peppercorns and cook until the numbness overflows. After the peppercorns change color, remove the peppercorns;

Add dried chili and cook until it has a spicy aroma;

Pour all the spicy oil on the vegetable shreds, add other seasonings and mix well;
