Simmered Cabbage with Milk

One baby cabbage, chopped leaves or stalks cut into six portions.

Soak in water for about half an hour.
3.
Add water or clear soup to the pot, put baby cabbage in the pot

Add a few goji berries, cook until the vegetables are soft, add a little salt and chicken essence.
5.
Add a small half cup of milk before boiling, turn off the heat and serve.
6.
Serve and serve.
Tips:
1. Be sure not to add too much salt, just a little bit to increase the flavor, taste the original sweet taste of the cabbage.
2. The milk must be put in the last place, do not boil, so as to prevent the nutrients in the milk from spoiling and forming white particles.
