Simmered Radish in Chicken Broth

Add enough water to the pot, add chicken, ginger slices, boil for 2 minutes on high heat and remove the chicken.

Pick up another soup pot, add enough water, add the blanched chicken, turn to a low heat and continue to boil for 1 hour.

Put the cooked chicken soup into a bowl and set aside.

Peel the radishes and cut into pieces with a hob.

Soak the dried wolfberry in water to soften it.

In another pot, brush a layer of olive oil on the bottom of the pot, sauté the garlic and ginger slices.

Add the radish cubes and stir-fry for a while, then add the chicken broth and simmer for 10 minutes.

Then add the soaked goji berries and continue to simmer for 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat, continue to simmer for 5 minutes, and then add a small amount of salt.
