Simmering Onion Oil

Wash the chives and drain the water

Pour edible oil into the pot, and when the oil is slightly hot, put the broken chives in

Simmer on medium and low heat until the color of the chives is slightly browned

Let the scallion oil cool and pour it into an empty bottle, noodles, pancakes... take it as you go.
