Simple and Crude Braised Beef

Tips:
1. Beef can't be marinated too crispy. If the meat is too crispy, it will be firewood. It doesn't have much chewy and taste. It should not be too hard or too hard to chew.

3. The marinated beef should be completely cooled before slicing. If you want to cut thinly, put the beef in the refrigerator for 30 minutes so that it can be sliced thinly and not broken.
