Simple and Delicious: Chopped Pepper and Taro

After washing the taro with the skin, put it in a steamer and steam it; if you touch the raw taro with the skin removed, some friends will have itchy hands, but it won’t be after steaming.

After the steamed taro, cool slightly, peel off the skin, and cut into a hob shape;

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the hot pot to heat up, put the chopped pepper into the pot and fry it to get a fragrance; friends who can eat spicy, you can put more chopped pepper here;

Put the taro in the pot and stir-fry evenly;

Pour in an appropriate amount of water, spread over the taro, cover, simmer for 2 minutes on medium-high heat;

When the taro juice is collected, add an appropriate amount of chopped green pepper and stir-fry evenly; turn off the heat, raise the pot and eat while it is hot~!
Tips:
1. The chopped green peppers are used for decoration, so don't put them in;
2. Taro is suitable for storage in a cool place, but it is more prone to damage when put in the refrigerator. Taro is not resistant to low temperature, so fresh taro must not be put in the refrigerator. When the temperature is lower than 7℃, it should be stored in a warm place indoors to prevent rot due to frostbite.
