Simple and Delicious-garlic Spinach

Wash spinach and drain.

Chop garlic into minced pieces and set aside.
3.
Pour water in the pot and add spinach.
4.
Roughly blanch for 1 minute, remove and drain the water.
5.
Put oil in the pot and mash the garlic.
6.
Pour the spinach and sauté for a minute.
7.
Then add salt and oyster sauce and stir well.
8.
Finally, stir-fry the other half of the garlic to get out of the pot.
9.
The delicious spinach is out of the pot.
