Simple and Delicious Golden Pumpkin Pie

Pumpkin is about 500 grams, peeled and set aside.

Sliced and steamed in the basket

Steamed and pressed into pumpkin puree

Add glutinous rice flour, white sugar and starch and mix well.

Tips:
1. Pumpkin itself has a high sugar content, so you should put less white sugar, just a proper amount. 2. The oil temperature of the fried pumpkin pie should not be too high. Fry slowly on low heat until golden on both sides. 3. After the pumpkin is steamed, the moisture content is heavy, adding a small amount of starch can play a role in astringent moisture.
