Simple and Delicious Sauce Three Diced

Pea peel off the shell, clean and control the moisture.

Wash the pork tenderloin and cut into cubes, add 2 teaspoon of shacha sauce, marinate with cooking wine for about 1 hour.

Dry white tofu and dice. Add 4 tablespoons of oil to the wok to heat up. Fry the dried tofu until golden brown and remove.

Tips:
1. Fried tofu must have a lot of dry oil to make it easy to fry. Don't worry about too much oil. The fried oil is very clean and will not affect your continued use.
2. Shacha sauce itself is a compound seasoning sauce, so do not add other seasonings.
