Simple and Delicious---soy Sauce Braised Chicken

Cut the steamed chicken into pieces (only a layer of salt is applied when steaming).

Pour a little oil in the pot, pour in the chicken pieces, add salt, sugar, rice wine, and soy sauce.

Stir fry until the sugar granules melt and give off a fragrance.
4.
