Simple and Fast Homemade Sushi Recipe

1. Prepare a bowl of warm germ rice, add sushi vinegar and mix it into sushi rice for later use

Tips:
Sushi rice is not suitable for being too dry or too wet. The rice cooked with germ rice here is cooked with a ratio of 1:1.2. It feels just dry and wet. When you spread the rice on the seaweed, it should be flattened and then compacted. Good sushi will not be loose
