Simple Banana Pie
1.
Choose two bananas that are relatively soft and ripe, and cut into strips and then dice
2.
Cut off the sides of the flying cakes into rectangles or squares (each package of flying cakes varies in size), beat an egg, and stir into egg liquid
3.
Put the diced banana in the middle of the flying pie, and coat the sides with egg liquid. A large banana can generally make four banana pie. If the filling is too much, it is not easy to seal, and the banana juice will flow out after baking.
4.
Wrap the top side of the flying cake to the bottom side, and press the three sides with a Western fork (or other tools) to seal the pattern.
5.
Strike the banana pie three times with a sharp knife
6.
Coat the egg mixture, sprinkle some sesame seeds, put it in the 180° preheated oven, bake for about 15 minutes, turn off the oven when it is baked for 8 minutes and turn off the heat
Tips:
Each oven has a different temperament and should be used flexibly. It is best if the dough is crispy and light yellow. The simple family banana pie (you can also make apple pie, pineapple pie), is a good partner for afternoon tea. The taste is sweet and soft, suitable for all ages. It only takes about 30 minutes to make the finished product from the beginning.
