Simple Braised Pork
1.
Wash the pork belly and cut into thick slices (because I don’t like it to be too fatty, so remove the fat and pig skin)
2.
Put some light oil in the pan, and stir-fry the pork belly for a while
3.
Add a little rock sugar
4.
Add the ground red yeast rice, stir fry for color
5.
Add the right amount of straw mushroom soy sauce, light soy sauce, and the right amount of Shanxi old vinegar (you can get greasy)
6.
Stir-fry evenly, transfer to a clay pot and simmer on high heat. After simmering, turn to low heat, and then simmer until the juice is collected and immediately turn off the heat
7.
This adjustment is macro, some are not very clear, I am not a professional photographer, I hope to forgive me~
8.
This is the pork belly after loading. I used my mobile phone to shoot. The effect of shooting with the flashlight is quite good.

Do you have the urge to swallow drool? I think the braised pork that I make is the simplest. I am a lazy person. I don't want to be cumbersome or complicated. For me, life is bland as water is the happiest thing.
Tips:
I removed the pork skin and cut off the white fat on the pork belly.
In fact, those who are afraid of greasy can add some hawthorn to make it greasy. I just used up the red braised pig's knuckle last time and forgot to buy it.
You can also add some shiitake mushrooms, yuba, or tea tree mushrooms if you like to mix and match. I prefer the pure taste, so I didn't add it.
In addition, I did not add salt during the process, because the soy sauce itself is salty, and if you eat too much salt, it will cause swelling. People who lose weight can't afford it~o(>﹏<)o
