Suddenly found that there were still a few chicken legs in the refrigerator at noon. I didn’t know what to cook, so I stewed a soup. It should be called chicken soup.

Simple Chicken Soup

1. Wash the green onion and knot it, slice the ginger

2. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water and slice

3. Blanch the chicken legs in water, put the chicken legs, green onions, and ginger in a pot of cold water, pour an appropriate amount of cooking wine (the cooking wine at home is gone, the white wine I used), open the lid and fly water over high heat

4. After boiling over high heat, skim off the foam, and rinse the chicken legs with cold water.

5. Put the chicken drumsticks in the electric casserole, add an star anise and two slices of ginger (the electric casserole at home is relatively small, only two chicken drumsticks can be put in it, and the other two can only be made separately)

6. Choose nutritious soup, cover the lid and start to simmer the soup slowly

7. Put the shiitake mushrooms in about an hour and a half, add goji berries and appropriate amount of salt half an hour before serving, and you can drink
