Simple Chongqing Noodles

Add enough water to the pot and boil, add the noodles and rapeseed

The rapeseed is cooked and fished out, the rape is cooked quickly

Cook the noodles until there is no white core, remove. I like to go through the cold water again, which makes it more vigorous.

Mix the spices together.

Put the noodles in the seasoning bowl.

Add boiling water, of course the broth is best. I'm lazy, so I just add water

Add rapeseed, sprinkle sprouts, and chopped green onion.

Tips:
1 If there is no alkaline noodles, cut noodles can be used, but dried noodles cannot be used.
2 What I made is a large bowl. You can increase or decrease the seasoning in proportion to the amount of noodles and soup.
3 If you like spicy, you can add chili by yourself
