Simple Fish Soup Recipe

Repair the fish and fry it. Fry on both sides~ It doesn’t take too long. About 1 minute on each side.

When frying the fish, boil the water and put green onion, ginger and garlic.

Put the fish in the boiling water...you have to put it gently~ after 2 minutes, start to skim off the foam...

Just put liquor, white wine is fine~ I put Korean shochu~ the effect is similar~

Boil the soup to 1/2 of the previous one and add 3 teaspoons of salt! Very small spoon ~ boil for another 2 minutes.

That's it in the end~ The fish thing is very fresh! Don’t put other seasonings~so you can experience the umami taste of the fish~
