Simple Fried Cod

Wash the cod.

Add the cod and fry at the same time, brush the scallion oil in the pan to the side that has not been fried with an oil brush, then turn it over and fry it later.

Add a little cooking wine, and the fish must be infiltrated into the cooking wine on both sides.
