Simple Grilled Cold Noodles

For the ingredients, you can just follow the dishes you like! I really didn't add any dishes haha

I use a non-stick pan, so I don’t use a lot of oil

The whole process can be a small fire, when the fire is big, it is easy to be rushed haha

Beat out the eggs in advance, mix them in a bowl, and spread them out as much as possible after pouring

Turn over after the egg is almost solidified

When the other side is almost fried, turn off the heat, put the noodles out, don’t need to turn on the fire, fry the early cut ham with the remaining temperature

Add sauce to the dough

You can put some vinegar, cumin powder or something, just according to your own taste. The cold noodles are really easy to make, and there will be no big mistakes if you put more and less!
