Our Chongqing loves to eat spicy one serving of Mapo tofu with two bowls of white rice. Simple production version without minced meat

Ingredients

Simple Mapo Tofu

1. Cut the tofu into pieces and add salt to a boil.

2. Chopped green onions

3. Put oil in the pot

4. Add bean paste and stir fry until fragrant

5. Add the red oil and stir-fry the green onion

6. Finally, add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, then add tofu and stir-fry

7. After sautéing, put the pepper noodles and add half of the chopped green onion, stir and thicken

8. Put the remaining chopped green onion on the plate
