Simple Recipe for Delicious Egg Custard

Ingredients: two eggs, 140 water, appropriate amount of salt (about 1 gram or more)

Put clear water. Use a filter sieve to sift out the air bubbles on the top. If there are bubbles, it is not very beautiful.

Tips:
1. Filtering bubbles will make the egg custard more delicate and delicious.
