Simple Recipe for Spaghetti

Pasta and olive oil are good things. When you are too lazy to cook at home, making a simple pasta in 15 minutes is more nutritious than fried rice and instant noodles.
1. Boil a pot of water first
2. Pour a little olive oil into the pan while boiling the water, turn on the minimum fire, thinking that the olive oil will smoke when heated at high temperature. The amount of olive oil depends on personal taste, I just put a spoon and a half.

3. While heating the water and olive oil in the pot, cut three or four cloves of garlic into slices. Put the chopped garlic in a saucepan and fry it with olive oil. Turn off the heat when the garlic has a slight discoloration and a scorching aroma comes out, about two to three minutes.
4. After the water is boiled, take a small handful of pasta into the boiling water and cook. The specific amount can be seen in the video. It takes about 10 minutes to cook, or you can take out one to taste while cooking, as long as there is no hard core in the middle of the noodles.

5. Take out the noodles, pour dry water, and put them on a plate. Then pour the olive oil and garlic just fried on the noodles, sprinkle appropriate amount of salt and black pepper on the noodles, and mix it to eat. The amount of salt and black pepper to be added is determined according to personal taste. Sprinkle a little bit to taste first, and you can add it if it is not flavorful.
