Simple Sesame Paste

Stir-fry the black sesame seeds for fragrant. Be sure not to paste them. If you fry on a high fire, turn off the fire when the fragrant smell comes out. Stir for a while before continuing to turn on the fire.

For crushing sesame seeds, there is a crusher for the most convenient, but I think it’s more fragrant to mash by myself.

Stir-fried glutinous rice flour, stir-fried yellow, the method is the same as stir-fried sesame seeds, it must be fried yellow, white is not good-looking, and it feels like glutinous rice flour is not cooked

After the glutinous rice flour is cooked, add the mashed sesame seeds, add the soup powder, stir well together, and turn off the heat in less than a minute
Tips:
There are more sesame seeds than glutinous rice flour. Don’t have too much sugar. You can taste it after adding sugar and frying
