Simple Sour and Spicy Cabbage

One cabbage, cut into 4 portions

Salt the roots of cabbage and marinate for 12 hours

Pickled cabbage stand upside down to control the moisture
4.
Dice apple, pear, onion, ginger and garlic
5.
Use a blender to make a paste, cut the leek into sections
6.
Paste, white wine, chives and mix well
7.
Apply evenly on each leaf
8.
Put it in a fresh-keeping bag
9.
After 48 hours of sealed fermentation, store in the refrigerator
10.
You can eat it in a week
