Simple Sushi, Super Simple

Prepare the ingredients first, cut the cucumber and carrot into strips for later use. I used a bowl of rice, just ordinary rice, and put 2 tablespoons of sushi vinegar to mix evenly.

Take a piece of seaweed, with the smooth side facing down and the hairy side facing up

Spread rice evenly on the seaweed

Spread your favorite dishes and squeeze a little salad dressing. What you make at home is what you want to eat.

Wrap it hard while rolling it, and wrap it tightly every turn so that it won’t fall apart when cutting.

After the roll is finished, cut it with a knife to prevent adhesion. Dip the knife with water every time you cut
