Simple to Make Authentic Pasta
1.
Spaghetti for two people, the required amount of each ingredient, tomato, onion and ham, sliced garlic, thinly sliced frozen shrimp
2.
Boil a large pot of water, add salt and olive oil after boiling. The amount of water must be enough to make the pasta feel like swimming in it
3.
Different pasta has corresponding cooking time, just follow the instructions on the package to stop the time
4.
In a separate wok, add olive oil and garlic slices, then heat it on low heat to let the garlic flavor melt into the oil
5.
Turn to medium heat, add onions and stir fry until the color changes
6.
Add tomatoes and ham, stir fry, add salt and black pepper to taste
7.
Add the right amount of pasta sauce to a boil on low heat. My experience is that the pasta sauce should be added. The overall taste will not become too salty due to too much pasta sauce. On the contrary, too little pasta sauce may make you feel better. The noodles look very dry and the taste will fade
8.
While cooking the sauce, the pasta should be almost ready. Drain the pasta and add two tablespoons of the cooking broth to the pasta sauce and mix well to prevent the pasta sauce from being too dry
9.
Add the pasta and shrimps, cover the shrimps with the pasta and continue heating on a low heat
10.
When the shrimps are cooked through, turn off the heat, add the herbs you like (I put dried basil here), and stir well
11.
Serve, sprinkle a little olive oil, and shave a little Parmesan cheese, start!
