Simple Version Candied Chestnuts

Raw material: round chestnut.

Use scissors to open the cross, and squeeze the chestnuts tightly with your hands, don't cut them.

Just cut them like this. The mouth is big, it is easy to open when it is fried for a while, and it is easy to peel when eating.

Soak the cut chestnuts in water for about 20 minutes.

Add a packet of kimchi salt to the cold pan.

Tips:
As soon as the fire is started, the stir-fry will continue until the end, a total of 10 minutes.
After adding the sugar, stir fry over medium and small heat. Because the sugar will melt and change color, it is easy to fry the sugar in a big fire.
