Simple Version of Cherry Ice Cream
1.
Peel the banana and cut into slices, as close as possible to the thickness;
2.
Put the banana slices in an airtight container and freeze for two hours;
3.
Wash the cherries and remove the pits;
4.
Put banana slices and cherries into a cooking cup, add a little honey;
5.
Use a food processor to beat the banana slices and cherries vigorously. At first, the beaten is not smooth enough. Beat a few more times until the puree particles disappear completely;
6.
Pour the cherry-banana paste into an airtight container and freeze it in the refrigerator. Wait until the texture hardens and you can eat it. If it is too hard, you can take it out and let it warm up a little bit.
Tips:
1. If you don't like it too sweet, you don't need to add honey.
2. Use a food processor to stir for many times, and stir the puree into a delicate state as much as possible, so that it tastes better.
