Simple Version of Golden Hook Cabbage

Wash the sea rice and let it soak for more than 2 hours.

Wash the wolfberry and soak for 10 minutes.

Peel the cabbage, leaving only the heart of the cabbage. Wash and cut into 6 pieces.

The chopped cabbage cores are placed on the plate.

Sprinkle the soaked sea rice and wolfberry on the vegetables, and pour the soaked sea rice with water.

Put it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.

Pour the steamed cabbage soup in another pot and bring to a boil.

Tips:
Cabbage core is selected for cabbage, which is relatively tender and tastes slightly sweet. Don't pour the water used to soak the sea rice. It tastes more delicious when poured on cabbage as broth.
