My family loves to eat salted eggs. My husband and daughter can’t accept the smell of duck eggs, so they all use eggs. They can be made at any time at home. It is simple and convenient. You can make some at any time, mark the date, and it will be delicious after 7 days. You have to wait 20 days. I have made salted eggs marinated in brine with a lot of seasonings, and made many simple versions. The simple ones are made to be used in the sun, and some are not in the sun. The results are similar. Good white wine is the key. Don't buy fake ones. The alcohol content is high. I used to buy them from my home winery and they tasted very good and produced oil. Now I recommend this the simplest one. Wouldn’t it be healthier without adding a lot of things?”

Simple Version of Homemade Red Heart Salted Eggs

1. Wash the eggs and let them dry. I wiped them off with a towel. Don’t leave any moisture.

2. Put the eggs in the white wine and make the whole circle wet. Put them in the wine for tens of seconds. I put one down every time I make the last one.

3. Wrap in plastic wrap and wrap both ends tightly

4. Put it in a ziplock bag and put it in a cool and dry place

5. After 20 days, cooked and ready to eat
