Simple Version of Homemade Red Heart Salted Eggs

Wash the eggs and let them dry. I wiped them off with a towel. Don’t leave any moisture.

Put the eggs in the white wine and make the whole circle wet. Put them in the wine for tens of seconds. I put one down every time I make the last one.

Wrap in plastic wrap and wrap both ends tightly

Put it in a ziplock bag and put it in a cool and dry place
5.
After 20 days, cooked and ready to eat
