Simple Version of Homemade Red Heart Salted Eggs

Wash the eggs and let them dry. I wiped them with a dry cloth. Don’t leave any moisture.

Put the eggs in the white wine, make the whole circle wet, put it in the wine for tens of seconds, every time I make the last one, I put it in the next one.

The eggs are evenly coated with salt

Wrap in plastic wrap and wrap both ends tightly

Put it in a ziplock bag, seal it, and store it in a cool and dry place

After 20 days, cooked and ready to eat
