Simple Version of Hometown Fried Rice Noodles @@black Pepper

Ingredients: rice noodles, crab fillet, sausage, dried chili, coriander, egg seasoning: chicken powder, black pepper, dark soy sauce.

Soak the rice noodles in hot water to soften. Drain with cold water and set aside.

Cut all the materials for later use. Sprinkle some black pepper on the rice noodles. (You don’t have to spread it)

Add shallot oil to the pot and stir-fry the sausage and crab sticks. Only then did the dried chili fry the spiciness.
