Simple Version of Maoxuewang

Wash the soybean sprouts and remove the tails.

Pour oil in the pot and heat up, add the peppercorns to stir up the fragrance.

Pick out the peppercorns and add dried chili seeds to stir out the flavor.

Stir fry with bean curd sauce.
5.
Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil.

Add black fungus and oyster mushrooms.
7.
Then add kelp and beef offal, pork ears and duck blood one by one and continue to boil.

In another pot, stir-fry the bean sprouts until they reach eight maturity and put them on the plate.

Pour the cooked ingredients into the plate while hot.

Add the shallots to the plate.
11.
Pour boiling oil on top and serve.
