Simple Version of Pasta

Green peppers and red peppers are recommended to choose less spicy and slightly sweet bell peppers. Cheese slices can be added or not added. The taste of the sauce should be adjusted according to personal preference, not necessarily according to my amount.

Sauté the chopped onion first. If you use oil, see what kind of oil you have. Butter will be more fragrant. Vegetable oil is fine, but don’t use rapeseed oil.

Saute the chopped onion and add the sweet chili sauce and tomato sauce, then add an appropriate amount of salt (not too much), and stir-fry evenly

After stirring well, add a bowl and a half of cold water (adjust appropriately according to the amount of noodles), then add the pasta (dry, uncooked), and cover.

Bring to a boil until the noodles are cooked (the pasta is cooked with more moisture than in the picture), turn to a low heat and stir in the green and red peppers (reserve some water to cook the green and red peppers), and finally add the cheese slice , Stir well and you can get out of the pot

If you don’t have pasta, you can also use other noodles, but the amount of water will be reduced.
Tips:
I haven't calculated the cooking time. It's about ten minutes. It's best to pay attention to the amount of water.
