Simple Version of Shredded Chicken

Wash the chicken and steam it in a pressure cooker.

Tear into small strips by hand and put into the bowl.

Add sugar and vinegar to a small amount of cold water to make a juice. Heat up the chili powder and pepper powder in a hot oil pan until it cools down. Add half of the juice to the water. Pour half into the chicken and mix well.

Pour the other half of the juice into the cleaned and torn into large pieces of Xiang Lai and mix well.
5.
Put the raw raisin on the bottom, spread the chicken on the top, and sprinkle the fried peanuts with oil.
