Simple Version of Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Put clean water in the pot and put the cleaned ribs in the flying water.

Rinse the ribs after flying water, add ginger slices, corn starch, light soy sauce, and salt to taste.

Put the white sugar in the frying pan and fry the sugar color, submerge the ribs to remove the ginger slices and sauce, pour into the high heat and stir fry to make golden brown.

Add water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer slowly over low heat.

About an hour until the ribs are simmered, and the sauce is collected over high heat.

Add the sliced colored peppers and stir fry until they are broken.

Add tomato sauce, white vinegar, cornstarch and water to make a juice, pour in and stir fry.

Tips:
The sweetness and sourness can be added according to personal taste, add more white vinegar for sour ones, and more sugar for sweet ones.
