Simple Version of Sweet and Sour Short Ribs

When making the soup, we boiled more small ribs and set aside for sweet and sour flavor.

Ingredients, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, oil consumption, onion and garlic, adjust the juice in an appropriate amount, and then mix well with water.

Add less oil and stir-fry the ribs.

Turn medium heat to low heat until the ribs are a little discolored.

Add the soup, add some water, and heat the soup.

After the soup is dry, put it out of the pot and embellish it.
Tips:
After the ribs are cooked, they can be fried with less oil, not easy to paste, and it takes less time.
