Simple Version of Taro Ball Jelly
1.
3 scoops of tapioca flour, 2 scoops of bean paste powder (or corn flour), and 1 scoop of milk powder (used to enhance flavor) are about this ratio, I don’t see how many grams.
2.
Simply mix the dry powder first, and just mix it evenly.
3.
Add boiled water, add small amounts, and stir while adding. Don't add too much at once!
4.
Knead into two non-stick doughs. The dark one is made of adzuki bean flour, and the yellow one is made of corn flour.
5.
After kneading into thin strips, cut into small pieces with a knife.
6.
Boil half a pot of water. After the water boils, put the prepared taro balls and cook them until they float. Cook it for too long and it will be bad. The cooked two-color taro balls look like this
7.
Immortal grass powder according to the instructions, bring a little cold water to the boil, add boiling water and stir. Then boil, turn off the heat and let cool. When it is cold, it will form black fairy grass jelly.
8.
After the finished product comes to the bowl, add some honey. I haven't added sugar before. I prefer the slight sweetness.
Tips:
1. The corn flour is too coarse to make the taste not good. 2. Forgot to make white taro balls, the color is not so good. 3. You can add some cut fruits and some soup to make it look more delicious.
