Simple Version-pumpkin Soup with Milk Flavor
1.
Wash the pumpkin, peel, cut into pieces, steam for later use (steam for about 10-15 minutes)
2.
Put the steamed pumpkin into a blender and stir into a puree (if you like to eat delicately, the stirring time can be relatively extended)
3.
Pour the pumpkin into the pot
4.
Add milk
5.
Then add whipped cream (if you like sweet, you can add some sugar, I don’t like too sweet, so I didn’t add sugar)
6.
Turn on a small fire to heat, in order to avoid sticking to the pan, it needs to be stirred continuously and heated until it is hot.
